Equipment

  • 1 64oz jar with a lid
  • 1 set of measuring cups
  • 1 set of measuring cups

Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3 cups Granulated sugar
  • 2 cups Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a 64oz jar with a lid. Make sure lid is securely closed. Shake to fully combine all ingredients.

Notes

This dry mix lasts 9-12 months when stored in a cool dark area (Pantry or cabinet) away from the stove or microwave.
