Bulk Dry Coffee Cake Mix

Equipment

  • 1 64oz or 4qt Jar with lid
  • 1 set of measuring cups
  • 1 set of measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Cups All purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 Cups Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Sugar (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a 64oz jar with a lid. Make sure lid is securely closed. Shake to fully combine all ingredients.

Notes

This dry mix lasts 9-12 months when stored in a cool dark area (Pantry or cabinet) away from the stove or microwave.
