  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • 8x8-inch baking pan
  • Parchment paper or nonstick cooking spray

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil (or melted butter), water, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the Bulk Dry Brownie Mix and stir just until no dry streaks remain. Do not overmix.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing into 16 squares.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Using melted butter creates a richer flavor, while vegetable oil produces an extra-moist brownie.
Avoid overbaking to maintain a fudgy texture.
For clean slices, allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting.
Mix in chocolate chips, chopped nuts, peanut butter chips, or caramel pieces for fun flavor variations.
